Yes. When you share your e-Portfolio with someone, you choose which documents you would like to share with them.
Once a document is deleted from your ePortfolio you cannot restore it. Be sure to save backup copies of your documents on your computer, external device, or via cloud service just in case you do accidentally remove something from your ePortfolio.
Not currently. If you would like to update an existing document in your ePortfolio, then you will need to upload a new version of the document.
Yes, just click on the document that you'd like to replace then click the Upload Content button. Select the new document you'd like to use and click "Save."
You may upload files to your ePortfolio as long as they're saved in one of the following supported formats:
- Portable Document Format (.pdf)
- Word Documents (.doc; .docx; and .rtf)
- Plain Text (.txt)
We suggest that users upload their résumés as a .pdf to ensure it will be viewed properly with all original formatting by potential employers.

Items such as a resume, cover letter and recommendations are important. You can also add professional certifications, videos or images of work examples or even a writing sample. Feel free to be creative with what you have, just make sure that it's professional.
